[Feature Request] Enable / Disable Ranks

Describe the solution you'd like Add ability to enable / disable a rank tree within the rank tab on the roles & ranks page, like you can with commands.

I was setting up a rank and wanted to save my settings by disabling the rank so I can come back later and amend them.

There may be other uses for the ability to enable / disable ranks.

There may also be uses for an 'enable/disable rank' effect.
