[Feature Request] Automatic Effect at File change

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to have the Option to watch a file. If it changes, then run an effect or an effect list.

Additional context With the new DJ's category I want a solution to update the title with the Name and Album of the Music automatic. For the Names, I use TUNA to get the data.
