[Feature Request] Edit Reward Cooldown through Update Channel Reward effect
Describe the solution you'd like Currently, whether or not an effect has a cooldown and the duration of that cooldown are only manageable in the UI, it'd be nice to allow this to be updated via effect as well.

Currently the reset cooldown effect on the commands let me be able to reset the uses for every user, so normally they would have a one time use in the stream. and because of this they could use it ones again triggered by something else.
I would love this for channel rewards, So being able to reset if people have used this channel rewards this stream already

Twitch won't let you reset cooldowns. You could temporarily set them to 0, but the cooldown number persists in the Twitch backend when you set the number back.
One of the reasons Firebot doesn't currently expose this feature is because it's presented in such confusing manner by Twitch.
