[Feature Request] Modular dashboard UI layout

I would like to be able to rearrange the dashboard panels as I see fit. In a simple version, I would like to simply be able to specify the order of the columns. For example, I would like to put chat on the left, activity feed in the center, and chat users on the right. Ideally (and more complicated), it would be nice to have it be even more modular so that I can put the activity feed under the chat, then have chat users to the right of both of those. This would work more like the docks do in OBS.
