[Feature Request] User Quick Actions
Hi everyone,
As a streamer, I would like to propose a new feature to Firebot that would allow us to create customizable action buttons for common actions in the chat (like !command feature). These buttons would be accessible directly from a targeted viewer's profile or right-click menu when clicking on a specific viewer and could be personalized based on our specific needs and ideas.
For example, we could create a button that automatically sends a warning message to a viewer, such as "!warning @username", which would send a message saying "Attention @username, a moderator has issued a warning!". This would save us time and effort, as we wouldn't need to manually type out the command in the chat. just a simple button like the right click "@mention", "reply to message", "quote message", "mod/unmod", "ban" etc ...
Other potential ideas for customizable action buttons could include:
- Timeout buttons with pre-defined durations (e.g. 1min, 5min, 10min)
- un-timeout
- !permit specific user
- Shoutout buttons that use the existing /shoutout command on Twitch
- VIP designation buttons that allow us to easily grant VIP status to a viewer
- etc....
Currently, we can create custom commands for viewers to use, but we don't have the ability to automate these commands with a button. This feature would greatly enhance our ability to manage our chat and moderate viewers in a more efficient and personalized way.
This would provide a seamless and intuitive way to access these actions and make our lives as streamers even easier.
