[Feature Request] Expose Notification Feed to Scripts

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like scripts to have some way to push notifications to the notification feed on Firebot, specifically in my case for an alert that a new version of a script is available on Github to download to easily let folks know when fixes/new features have been released
