[Feature Request] (Accessibility) rearrange triggers/effects using a keyboard only

Could there please be a way to rearrange event/effects using a keyboard only? I and many other blind people use Firebot and can only use keyboards. I keep running into cases where I want to set up a conditional effect, but would have to completely recreate the event to put the if statement at the top.
