[Bug] Firebot hangs on "Loading known bot list..." during startup

Current Behavior

Some users in discord are reporting issues where app startup will not progress past "Loading known bot list..." This appears to be an issue where the known bot list times out the request, but by default axios doesn't set a timeout.

Expected Behavior

The app should continue loading if the known bot list fetch times out.

Steps To Reproduce

This issue only happens for a few users. I've not been able to repro it myself, but I've seen it happen on their end.

1. Start Firebot
2. Wait until window shows "Loading known bot list..."
3. Observe the app not progressing any further
