[Feature Request] Add "Remove user in database" Effect

Describe the solution you'd like When I add an effect, I would like to have a "delete user to FireBot database" effect available. When I add it, I can pass a username (or a variable) as a parameter. When it is executed, the user passed as a parameter is deleted from the database as well as all its data.

Additional context My objectif is to automatically remove bot profiles in database to maintain an optimized user database with only real users. And don't inflate it with bots after i have banned it
