[Bug] $username is set to the broadcaster name for single user and community gifted subs

Current Behavior

The $username variable is set to the broadcaster name for single user and community gifted subs, while the $giftGiverUsername is set to An Anonymous Gifter as expected. To the best of my knowledge $username and $giftGiverUsername were the same prior to the variable update in v5.61

Expected Behavior

$username is set to "An Anonymous Gifter" for gifted subs

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create an event for community gifted subs
2. Add chat effect that uses $username
3. Test community gifted subs event with "is anonymous" checked
4. Observe the username being the same as the broadcaster name
