[Bug] Show Image/GIF - Fade Out Custom Duration Doesn't Accept Decimals < 1

In the Show Image/GIF Effect, the "Fade In" Custom Duration allows for a decimal number less than 1, while the "Fade Out" will reset the value back to 1.

For example, 0 - 0.99 will reset to 1, but 1.25 works.
