[Bug] Copy/Paste Effect Label error

Current Behavior

When editing an effect label that also has a copy of the same effect, in the same effect. it changes the label of the effect that was copied.

Expected Behavior

Making a change not to effect the other copy

Steps To Reproduce

right click, copy effect from any existing effect with a label, create a new effect with any effect in it. (Effect 1) right click effect 1, paste after effect 1, right click effect 1, paste after effect 1, edit label of pasted effect (2), should also edit label of effect 3
