[Feature Request] Add rotation to 'show image' effect

Describe the solution you'd like Add a rotate field to the add image effect as a quality of life thing. I could enter a custom rotation amount and the image appears in that orientation... i.e 90° or 180°

I am getting around this by creating variations of the image in different rotations
