[Feature Request] Show Image Effect - Random Location (select quadrant)

Describe the solution you'd like When using random preset location in an image effect, it would be cool if you could select which of the quadrants the image could appear in randomly.

Im am achiveving this by creating three variations of custom postion within a 'random effect' effect.

The former would be a good quality of life thing.

In addition to this, I would like to be able to have an item appear anywhere on the screen and not just snapped to the quadrants.
