[Feature Request] customRoles API: Remove all users from role

Describe the solution you'd like Add an API route that removes all users from a specified custom role.

Additional context It's possible to remove all users from a role with the "Update Viewer Roles" effect, but it's not possible to do so via the API without a workaround.
