[Feature Request] Setting "Custom Command Default Visibility"

Describe the solution you'd like Make a setting in the app for Custom Command Default Visibility (for !commands list)

Additional context I mostly use my bot for moderation/automation related things, and I only want a small amount of my commands to show in !commands list. Having the option to hide by default would save me a lot of manual hiding.
