[Feature Request] Ability to choose a 'type' when setting up Preset Effect List arguments

Rather than having args that are just text input for the user, the user could choose the 'local file' type of argument and would also be presented with a 'choose file' button so they can select a file more easily when setting up commands and rewards etc.
Instead of 'local file' there could be separate different types for 'local image','local sound', etc. which would open up a specific "Open.." window for those specific file types. I know that opening up windows explorer, finding your file and right clicking to "copy as path" isn't that complicated, but then you need to delete the quotation marks that get added and I don't know, it's just more tedious than it needs to be so I figured I would suggest this 😅
