[Feature Request] Cooldown Effect Functionality

Currently the Cooldown Command allows for

• Single Command
• • select command
• • • base/subcommand pick
• • • • on subcommand pick, select subcommand.
• Commands With Tag
• • select tag

I would like the fallback subcommand to be an option when selecting subcommands. I would also like to have the same subcommand selection choices when choosing Commands With Tag

In my use case I want to put a CD on all fallback subcommands from all commands with specified Tag rather than make one effect for each command.
