[Feature Request] manual queue option api for Queues

So basically what im asking is a manual queue option that is triggered with similar option trigger from stream deck"

They all run on timers in some way

There is no way to have the queue not run unless you tell it to run one time

So example:

1. add 10 items to the queue
2. Nothing happens as the queue is in manual mode
3. Request to http://localhost:7472/api/v1/queue/
4. Queue run the top item
5. Request to http://localhost:7472/api/v1/queue/
6. Queue run the top item
7. Queue has 8 items left in it

here is a proper example use

1. User submits a question with a bot command example !q
2. Its added in to a manual queue to show on screen
3. Trigger from example the stream deck to show the next question when your ready
