[Bug] SpinWheel Default Value is ignored

When default value is set spin command with 100% chance gives replies as follows 1st command - pulls back the lever... 2nd command - please include a valid wager amount! 3rd command - our slot machine is currently on cooldown. Time remaining:

The problem is that because default wager is set it shouldnt give 3nd reply as enter valid wager. it should spin again instead. Tested this with a default Firebot (deleted all profiles) with CKY and it repeats.
