[Feature Request] Media Control of Overlay Media

Being able to pause/play/stop/rewind & forward (maybe set amount of seconds) for any media (video/audio/TTS) that would be playing within the bot or through overlay. It would be nice for example, if a video was playing and you wanted to stop absolutely promptly (clear effects for overlay doesn't fully clear a video as soon as it's pressed and still exists in the overlay for at least a second) and replay it from the beginning, the media control could essentially handle it that way
