[Feature Request] "Artist Role" support

Describe the solution you'd like Twitch added a new "Artist Role" firebot for the most part "sees" it but can we get full support for it?

this is not sent in the api. we can revisit this later if its added. as of right now best way is to add a viewer list and name it artists then do events based on that list.
