[Feature Request] Ability to change display order of subcommands

At present, commands and subcommands are displayed in the Custom Commands and Subcommand lists respectively in the order that they are created, it is not possible to change their order without editing the JSON files. This feature request is to add the ability to change the display order of both commands in the Custom Commands list, and Subcommands in the Subcommands list, making is easier to find specific commands in long lists.
