[Feature Request] Elgato WaveLink Integration

Describe the solution you'd like Since Elgato Keylights and Philips Hue are already implemented in Firebot, I would be great to have effects to interact with the Elgato WaveLink Software.

The following effects would be a great addition:

• Enable/Disable/Toggle a source inside the WaveLink Software (permanently or temporarly)
• Set the volume of a source to a specific value (permanently or temporarly)

Additional context A useful example for streamers would be creating a channel reward (for example while playing horror games) to increase the in game sound for a certain amount of time or to mute the ingame sound for a certain time while playing a shooter.
