[Feature Request] Command import functionality for Streamlabs Chatbot

Describe the solution you'd like Import functionality for commands from Streamlabs Chatbot would be nice to add.

I would go a step further and add import functionality for CSV import from SLCB, as I personally have 22,160 people with over 1,000 points and hours that would need importing
