[Feature Request] Integrations of Liberapay

I think an integration of liberapay.com would be a nice fit for this bot.

@julben I'm not seeing any developer docs. Could you provide a link to documentation? Have you used this system before? I've not heard of it until now.

@Firebottle I do not know what to tell you ; it is quite popular among FLOSS creator by instance. I could not find any API documentation, but the source code is open, and I know they are quite nice when contacted.

I'm going to close this for now as we haven't had any other mentions of this system and it's likely something that would be in v6, possibly as a plugin.
