[Feature Request] Expand Chat Mention Feature

Expand Chat Mention Feature to add the following:

  1. Allow user-defined "names" that trigger Chat Mention sound alerts
  2. Prevent the Chat Mention sound alert from firing on Streamer or Bot Account saying the trigger word
