Linked documentation is missing

What happened?

I tried to read documentation linked here, that should point to moving-resources-to-v1beta1.md but it resulted in 404.

Expected

The link should take us here: https://github.com/crossplane/upjet/blob/v0.10.0/docs/moving-resources-to-v1beta1.md

How can we reproduce it?

Follow the steps I tried above.
