Unit tests for Pipeline Run function

What problem are you facing?

In #128, we have moved the logic in generate/main.go of providers into Terrajet and abstracted that logic from Terrajet users. We need to add units tests there but currently this requires #81 to be resolved.

How could Terrajet help solve your problem?

Add unit tests to pipeline.Run() method once #81 resolved.
