docs Rename `master` branch to `main`

The primary branch name master is a holdover from pulling the docs out of the crossplane/crossplane repo. c/c #2045 tracks the eventual renaming for that repo.

Impact of change

There are very few dependencies/automations on the branch naming. This would impact the Netlify deploy that points to master. It would also require updating the docs contrib guide.

Any inbound links to the master branch will be auto redirected by Github.

There have been no comments on this. I'll bring it up again in the Community meeting on March 9.

Unless there are objections the work will take place on March 10.

Another impact to consider is for contributors that have cloned the repo locally. However, it looks like Github has good support for this now with https://github.com/github/renaming#renaming-existing-branches.

I'm definitely in support of making this change in the crossplane ecosystem whenever and however we can. LGTM @plumbis!
