Support Injected Identity as a Common Credential Extractor

What problem are you facing?

Would like to have the ability to use InjectedIdentity source type for an identity credential source. This would allow injected identities to be configured without needing to pass around credentials.

How could Crossplane help solve your problem?

Add xpv1.CredentialsSourceInjectedIdentity as an option for resource.CommonCredentialExtractor. I was considering treating it the same as xpv1.CredentialsSourceNone and return nil and letting the provider determine what to do with nil creds.
