Support Crossplanes 'Ignore Changes' Alpha feature

What problem are you facing?

I'm not sure if its feasible with this provider's Object resource but would like to be able to try out the alpha management policy / initProvider feature as described here https://github.com/crossplane/crossplane/blob/master/design/one-pager-ignore-changes.md.

Hey, since https://github.com/crossplane-contrib/provider-kubernetes/releases/tag/v0.11.0 we are supporting the Crossplane management policies. initProvider is still not supported but we can use this issue as a reminder to add that as well.
