Declare and create network in Civo

I checked the CRD for CivoKubernetes and it doesn't appear networks other than default are supported (along with Kubernetes version, which I'd really like to see, thanks for making that request @vfarcic).

Can Civo add support for the creation and declaration of networks other than default to this provider?
