Addresses not saved

Hi, I have a problem with managing addresses in my personal account. When I try to enter a new billing address directly into my profile (by clicking "add a new billing address") it makes me enter all the data, but when I then click SAVE it always returns to the same page without saving anything. However, I saw that it works correctly for saving shipping addresses, what can I do?

  • Which version of the plugin are you using?
  • Does it let you save your billing address without this plugin?
  • What other plugins or themes do you have setup which might be causing the conflict?

  • Version 2.6.2
  • Yes but obviously only one
  • I am in Italy and I am required to have electronic invoicing. I have an official plugin from the Italian Revenue Agency for electronic invoicing. I was able to see that if I deactivate the electronic invoicing plugin, yours works correctly. Except that in order to enter mandatory billing data in Italy, this billing plugin must be active. I have adopted a strategy: I deactivate the invoicing plugin, add a new address via your plugin, then reactivate the electronic invoicing plugin, set the address entered as default and in this way from your plugin I can insert the missing mandatory data that appears only by activating the billing plugin.

I hope I explained myself well...

However, this technique is really slow, I don't know if a solution can be found.

Do you have a link to this plugin you are using? With a copy of the plugin we might be able to see what is causing it to not work.

The plugin can only be downloaded from the electronic invoicing website: aruba.it. I cannot send a copy of the plugin because it is only activated if connected to the billing account.
