Add Fluent Bit to cross-cloud testing

Fluent Bit is a CNCF project under the umbrella of Fluentd which aims to provide a more lightweight log processor for cloud native environments.

Nowadays Fluent Bit is widely deployed in standalone mode or in conjunction with Fluentd. Kubernetes users can get started with the following instructions:

At the moment we don't have a cross-cloud CI system and we would like to ask for support on that area.
