adapt docs to live on GitHub

We're getting rid of the Autobahn.ws site. JS docs should live on GitHub. Adapt what we have to work here.

Parts of this are:

• replace macros with the end product (e.g. |ab| --> Autobahn|Testsuite)
• get the links working
• look into a rst --> markdown conversion
