How to use the compiled files in Android project?

Hello, I've successfully compiled the ffmpeg using this script, but can someone tell me how to actually use the generated files in /build folder in Android project? I'm new to Android, so I need guidance for this.

I've used the java version of this lib (ffmpeg-android-java) but the ffmpeg features there didn't satisfy my needs so I need to build ffmpeg with custom configs. So, if anyone has a knowledge on how to use the files generated with this script to the java version, I'd love to hear it.
