Startup is slow

Particularly on windows, and machines without an SSD. ;)

Improved by delaying screen imports and creation. More to come maybe.

Delaying the screen importation and instantiation broke windows packaging - maybe need to do a clean build. Using a Future object for the openings book helped, but broke on iOS due for who knows what reason, so the Future object code is disabled for now...

The iOS issue has been worked around. Now for windows.
