[Feature Request] Client side Movie Pre-roll

Plex "Movie pre-roll video" used to only show when trailers were selected to play on a client; however a while back the plex dev team changed this behavior to always show the pre-roll video even if trailers aren't shown and it is not configurable on the server (nor client).

To Work around this I currently have two Plex Media servers containers; one for normal playback and one just for the home theater that has this Movie pre-roll enabled as we have a custom pre-roll along with having the client set to play trailers before a movie. We do not want them to show for our normal devices.

It would be awesome PKC could have a setting to allow pre-rolls; ideally I can set a path that is accessible from the PMS; with the option for multiple or random like on PMS. I don't know if its possible to call a video file that is not in a library though, so if that's not possible; local path and plex library options would be great. Having this would allow me to get rid of a redundant server

Plex Path Options: Enter the full path to the pre-roll video file. If multiple paths separated by commas are entered, videos will be played sequentially. If multiple paths separated by semi-colons are used, a single pre-roll video will be chosen randomly from the list.
