PlexKodiConnect does not show up as a casting target for Plexamp
This is something I would love to have in PKC. Please let me know of any progress you're making on this and I am happy to make a donation for your efforts.
This needs a rather big rework of the way PKC communicates with Plex. I know what to do though...
Any update on this happening? Really would like to integrate Kodi addons and Plex for my music. The regular mobile Plex app doesn't show audio quality settings and bugs out. Plus there really isnt another way of easily integrating all of my streaming services.

I've installed PKC 3.6.13 on Kodi Matrix 19.4. I am primarily using this for audio.
I can cast to it from Plex in a browser window and the Plex app on an android phone. This part works great!
But when I try to cast to PKC from Plexamp (desktop or mobile), I run into issues. I can see it as a target. When I select it, first I get a red warning "Cannot connect to remote player". After that initial warning, Plexamp seems to connect to the player - I can see what is playing in the "Select Player" interface, and I can pause & skip tracks, but I can't cast a new selection from Plexamp to it. I can only fiddle with the source that has been cast from another Plex client.
Am I doing something wrong? I'm sure I am, but I have no idea what it might be.

I restarted Kodi and reset the Kodi DB. Enabled Logging. Now, unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce the exact scenario that I described above. Now I can't see PKC as a casting target in Plexamp on desktop or mobile.
I can see PKC and cast to it from the Plex app. Log attached.

@antonywalker not for me. I stopped using Plexamp and use the Plex app instead.
Unfortunately no update here, dear @antonywalker. Plex Amp seems to work very differently when compared to the other clients 😢
