Add support for parsing security tokens w/ temporary aws credentials

It appears that the connect_s3 boto command doesn't pick up sts security tokens when using temporary AWS credentials. This pull request adds support for this, on top of the existing functionality.

When will this PR be merged? I guess if it's from 2016 no one is maintaining this repo.
