Hi, we have been using your application for a long time but a few days ago we changed mobile (android 10) and now when the phone is on the lock screen and the alarm sounds, the main screen of the application does not appear as before if it happened way we have to unlock and open the app to turn off the alarm. I would be grateful if you could give me a solution. Thanks in advance.
