Broken links to Mbed TLS API documentation

All links to the Mbed TLS generated API documentation (links starting with https://tls.mbed.org/api/) are broken. See, for instance, the Mbed TLS guide.

I wasn't able to quickly identify if the generated documentation is deployed elsewhere, but it doesn't seem to be.

I haven't found it deployed anywhere either. According to the README in MbedTLS GitHub repository, they are currently migrating all docs to https://mbed-tls.readthedocs.io/en/latest/. The repo seems alive, so hopefully it will be up soon.
