Same aspect ratio but pushed to the right side of my monitor

image The black portion is the game window and the rest is my wallpaper. this could 100% be an issue with my monitor settings but ive been looking and havent found anything yet.

after some messing around it launched in the right resolution but it still has the same aspect ratio
