Black window on my desktop

Hi, I believe I now have a black window/screen that won't close after I did the installation. I can only make the screen smaller or bigger and move it around but I cannot close it. How can I make it disappear? Thank you.

I also don't see the "uninstall" file in the folder. see picture install folder gone
