Cant drag and drop Statistic Component to DashBoard

Please, someone could you help me ? I add a new statistic. And after I use the statitisc builder. Then I try drag and drog one statistic component (card, table, etc..) to dashboard. But the component not fixed on dashboard. Really its not fixed and show a red cross. Thanks Washington
