Post scan tasks (the SplashscreenPostScanTask) don't stop the library scan, so there is something else happening in your Jellyfin instance. Does the scheduled tasks page show the "Scan Media Library"...

Reading the logs it looks like you just need to re-select your ffmpeg install location

I just verified that there are no official plugins that use `IZipClient`. jellyfin-plugin-bookshelf uses sharpcompress, but we would just need to update the manifest for that

I agree, this would need to be configurable, ideally per m3u source. Additionally the fix would have to be applied everywhere (eg recordings)
