[Feature Request] Provide users the ability to add custom statuses/conditions

The user and the players determine what is easy for them to understand. Some condition markers were needed on my desk, in my time travel campaign I needed a seasickness marker and another for time travel sickness, these are two different things for us. I remember having a marker for "stuck in the ground", "slow" etc."

So the ask is: can I add new conditions with their own icons? And, can I replace the icon for a given condition with my own easily?

I think that users do want the ability to create their own statuses. We may be able to build an editor that allows them to pick an icon (or maybe even upload their own icon), describe the status, and then enter modifiers for each of the "states" that we current recognize ("melee", "ranged", "defense").

I've got some ideas on how to handle this, but don't wait on me just because I assigned myself to it. It could be closed or worked as long as you let me know.
