(feature request) On-The-Fly resource tracker creation, resource [reload], resource [transfer]

Character created in GCS has an item that represents something that has a replenishable resource, and use cost. IE, a powerstone, quiver of arrows, automatic weapon, whatever.

Need a way to specify in GCS that possession of this item should assert presence of a specified resource tracker.

and a way to create [reload] button, near the tracker

And a way to [top up FP] near the tracker, eg for powerstones
