[BUG] Error on rolling skill from sheet

When rolling a specific skill on a specific character, the following error happens:

Which is quite unexpected since absolute skill level is 14 and relative is DX+3.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an actor
2. Import this character
3. Roll the Vehicle Operation (Gemini) skill from either absolute or relative skill level
